Developmental Analysis
Don't have the budget for line-by-line editing? During this service, I will completely read your manuscript and provide a 3-5 page developmental analysis. This service does not include any line edits left on the manuscript itself or any copyediting but includes an overall analysis of your novel. This is a great resource for someone who is looking for an editor to act as an advanced beta reader—to give suggestions about the story, characters, and plot.​

Developmental editing is all about the story. If you hire me to developmentally edit your novel, we will dive in deep. We'll look at the themes of your novel, the character development, and so much more! If you want to push your book to another level and get an outside perspective, developmental editing is for you. This includes line edits left on the manuscript itself to pinpoint specific moments that need clarity or some work. It also includes a 3-5 page developmental analysis of your novel's story, characters, and plot.
